Studio Coordinator
Role and Responsibilities
The Studio Coordinator assists in the day-to-day operations of the company and is overseen by the Studio Manager, Owner, and Head Designer. The studio coordinator is responsible for the general upkeep of the studio, managing supplies, client correspondence, general office tidiness, and will assist with event production as needed.
This position encompasses the following responsibilities:
Client correspondence – email/Honeybook/phone
Proposals – preparation, finalizing, follow-up, revisions, final revisions prior to event
Filing
Data Entry
Studio upkeep – organization, cleaning, supply ordering/stocking, maintenance
Event preparation – supply ordering, floral cleaning/preparation, décor/floral packing, production assistance
Errands – run as needed
Post-production – studio clean-up, organization, putting items away
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Professional working environment experience required, client correspondence experience required, some college required. Sales and marketing experience a plus.
Preferred Skills
Detail-oriented, excellent command of English language, punctual, excellent writing skills, self-starter, organized, professional demeanor, computer savvy, ability to prioritize, fast-moving when needed, hard-working.
Schedule
Part-time or Full-time/Flex schedule
This position requires a flexible schedule that can deviate, dependent on events scheduled, however, a regular work schedule of the following will be set:
Tuesday-Thursday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, Friday – Sun (dependent on event schedule)
Additional benefits
5 days PTO per year, 50% of monthly health insurance cost (up to $200), work cell phone, mileage reimbursement

Paid Intern
We are always looking for great, hard working interns!
Our paid internship program is 8 weeks long and interns will gain experience executing events from design inception, to execution, and all that comes after. Interns have biweekly meetings with Jackie to discuss the business side of the floral industry. Topics such as social media marketing, pricing, budgeting, and event management are a few of the topics we cover in-depth.
